Matt Smith

Owner

Matt Smith learned the HVAC trade from his father, and ever since, it’s been more than a career — it’s his passion. As the owner of Lakeshore Heating & Cooling, he’s committed to carrying on that legacy with skill, pride, and old-fashioned customer service.

When he’s not working, Matt enjoys shooting hoops, watching BMX, and exploring the world of computer audio. His dedication to both the craft and the community is what drives him to deliver the best service every time.

Andrew Bair

HVAC Technician

Andrew is a dedicated family man who always puts his wife Ashley and their two sons first. When he’s not helping customers stay comfortable, you’ll usually find him outdoors — hunting, camping, or enjoying time in nature. Andrew is also a big fan of sports and loves collecting cards in his free time. His strong work ethic, loyalty, and passion for helping people make him a valuable part of the Lakeshore Heating & Cooling team.

Christian Giammaria

HVAC Technician

Christian is currently studying HVAC at Lake Erie College while training hands-on as an apprentice with Lakeshore Heating & Cooling. He brings curiosity, focus, and a strong desire to learn every day. Outside of work and school, Christian enjoys relaxing with movies and spending time around animals. He’s hardworking, motivated, and excited to grow in the HVAC trade — and we’re proud to have him on the team.

Garrison Rogers

CSR & Dispatcher

Garrison is the heartbeat of our office, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Office Manager and Dispatcher, he wears many hats — from scheduling and customer support to ordering equipment and running parts when the team needs it. Garrison brings energy, organization, and a can-do attitude to every day.

Outside of work, he enjoys belting out karaoke and collecting Pokémon cards. Whether he’s helping customers or supporting the field crew, Garrison plays a key role in keeping Lakeshore Heating & Cooling moving forward.

Matt Bucher brings his passion for HVAC to every job, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer care. As a proud father of two and a homeowner himself, he understands the importance of a safe, comfortable, and reliable home.

When he’s not serving customers, Matt enjoys fishing — a hobby that keeps him grounded and connected to the outdoors. With years of hands-on experience and a true dedication to the craft, Matt is a valued member of the Lakeshore Heating & Cooling team, always committed to doing the job right.

Justin Barnes brings a true passion for HVAC and the cutting-edge technology behind today’s heating and cooling systems. He’s always learning and staying current with the latest innovations, ensuring every job is completed with precision and care.
