Texted the owner and received a return text almost instantly and appointment set for next day since I had returned from vacation to find out my furnace was out. Technician gave me options on repair or replace WITHOUT any pressure to sell a new furnace ( unlike other repair companies ). I decided to replace and electric radiators were provided until replacement. Installers were respectful of my house by protecting the floors from damage. Since they are between winter and summer a discount was given on a reasonable price and service was quick...I texted on Thursday from the airport, technician checked out furnace on Friday afternoon and my furnace was installed on Tuesday. They also offer a payment plan. Small company of 5 guys. I don't think the whole experience could have been any better.
Was available for night service call immediately upon my contacting them. Matt S was polite, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem, even going above and beyond, assuring that my furnace was clean and healthy for a long time to come without the need for another service call. Very reasonable pricing. Everything was covered in the service call fee! Will definitely recommend this company!

1st time using Laheshore Heating . They were kind enough to come out same day for my furnace . My monoxide detector was going off for short periods of time and making me crazy . The 1st Matt was thorough And help to allay my fears . He fixed the problem of these mini explosions in furnace And used analyzer to see if any leaks detected . Thoroughly cleaned furnace even though I supposedly had it “cleaned “ this past June . Aldo instructed me to get a reputable Monoxide Dectector which I did And bought Kidde brand . . Now it is quiet with no false alarms . Another Matt came a few days later to replace a motor in Furnace which they promptly ordered . . Very pleased . Will use this Company again .
