Matt and the guys from Lakeshore Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing our water tank. They were able to come the morning after calling and were very prompt and efficient. Really nice and professional. They even helped us move some furniture out owith their Dolly, it was a huge help. I would recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.

My AC stopped working and Matt and his team were able to get me an appointment early the next day. Matt came, assessed the problem quickly and resolved the issue all within 30ish minutes. He was very informative and thorough. I highly recommend them and will be calling back if any other issues arise!

From initial contact to installation. Matt and team were professional and knowledgeable. I'd give them 6 stars if allowed. Very fair pricing. When our AC went and we needed to replace, he got us cool again. Highly recommend.

Matt came to look at my AC unit as quit working. Matt was fantastic, came out the same day, problem was fixed and resolved. My AC unit and furnace are also both older (each 30+ years) and Matt gave solid information about the future for both, replacing them (if/when), BUT he didn't try to sell me a completely new HVAC system. Matt gave me information about both units instead. I'd highly recommend for HVAC services and will be having Matt back out early fall for a furnace cleaning and tune up.

They got me on their schedule quick and got the job done! We had an incident with our trimmer and the wires on the AC outside and Matt fixed it up and even wrapped all the wires up nicely to prevent it from happening in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Willowick/Eastlake area!

Had a new heat pump installed on the second floor of my home. Matt and his guys hooked me up and now I’m staying warm and cozy AND cool and comfortable in my bedroom. Couldn’t be happier.

Had some hot water tank issues. Matt came out and reset it. Then he saved us from a catastrophe by catching a leaking pipe. He shopped around to find the right part. Went the extra mile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very friendly and caring as well!
